Billing, top-ups and cancelling Veena Pro
To cancel Veena Pro, click your avatar, choose Upgrade account, open the Billing tab and click Manage Subscription. The Stripe billing portal that opens is where you cancel, change your payment method and see your invoices. You keep Veena Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, and every project and song stays yours.
How to cancel Veena Pro
- In the studio, click your avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Choose Upgrade account. On Veena Pro, the tab it opens is called Billing and reads "You're a Veena Pro Artist", with your plan, its status and the date your credits refresh.
- Click Manage Subscription. Stripe's billing portal opens.
- Cancel the subscription there. Veena Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payment is taken.

Come back whenever you like: a new subscription starts with a fresh 20,000 credits, and your top-ups are still there, used after the subscription credits.
Billing basics
- Price: $20 a month for Veena Pro, billed monthly. There is no annual plan as of September 2026.
- Renewal: the subscription renews each month until you cancel.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card details never pass through the studio.
- Invoices and card: Manage Subscription opens the portal where you update your payment method and see your billing history.
- Refunds: Veena's terms do not refund part-used periods or unused credits, except where the law requires it. Failed CoProducer runs are always refunded in credits.
How to buy a credit top-up
Top-ups are for Veena Pro members who want more credits before their next monthly refill.
- Click your avatar, choose Upgrade account, then open the Top Up tab. It shows your Current balance.
- Choose $5, $10, $20 or $50 (5,000, 10,000, 20,000 or 50,000 credits).
- Pay in the Stripe checkout that opens in a new tab.
Top-up credits are added instantly and never expire. If your balance runs out mid-session, Veena offers the same top-up options straight away.
If something looks wrong
- No Billing tab: you are on the free plan; the same place shows Upgrade instead.
- Credits have not arrived: the balance reads "Updating…" while the payment confirms. If it still has not changed after a few minutes, email hi@veena.studio from the address you sign in with.
- Delete your account entirely: email hi@veena.studio.
