What quality are Veena's exports?

WAV exports from Veena are 24-bit at 48 kHz, full quality for mastering or another DAW, and MP3 exports are 320 kbps for sharing. MIDI exports every MIDI track into one .mid file, and projects with video can export MP4. Every plan exports with no cap and no watermark, and you see the files before you export.

Are export stems the same as stem separation in Veena?

No. Export stems are your project's own tracks, each rendered with its effects, volume and pan. Stem separation works the other way round: it splits a finished audio file into four new tracks (vocals, drums, bass and other) so you can edit or rebuild a song you imported. Both are free in Veena.

The Veena stems export, live on 9 September 2026, takes every track out of your song as its own file, zipped together, in 24-bit/48 kHz WAV or 320 kbps MP3, and shows you exactly what you'll get before you press the button. Free on every plan, with no cap and no watermark: export the mix or every track, as often as you like.

What's in the Veena stems export

Stems, in one zip. Choose Stems under Contents and Veena writes "One file per track, with that track's effects, volume and pan", named after each track and zipped into one download. Muted tracks are skipped, so the set matches what you hear.

24-bit WAV and MP3 320. WAV exports at 24-bit/48 kHz, "Full quality, for mastering or taking into another DAW". MP3 exports at 320 kbps, "Smaller, for sharing and posting". The full mix is still one file, in either format.

A preview before you export. Before anything renders, a summary line shows how many files you'll get, the download's name, the quality and an estimated size, and the button names the result, such as Export 6 stems.

Balance kept when normalising. Switch on Normalize audio for export with stems and Veena measures one gain across the whole set, so the stems keep exactly the balance you mixed.

Why it matters

Stems are how a song travels: to a mix engineer, a collaborator with another DAW, a remix contest, a live backing track, a sync library. With every track out at full quality, a song CoProducer built with you stays a set of real parts rather than one locked render. And because you own what you make in Veena, the files are yours to take anywhere.
